This whole thing got started with Oyster Wednesdays at Absolutely Fresh Seafood Market. Every Wednesday night we would offer a variety of oysters on the half-shell and a very small menu to our regulars of the store. Apparently word got out, we began running out of seats!

Shucks Pacific was the “Birthplace” of Shucks Fish House.  Opened in 2006, it shares space with Absolutely Fresh Seafood Market at near 119th & Pacific.  Featuring table seating, bar seating and “The Cove” seating near the Fish Market.
